Pride. Tradition. Excellence. These are the reasons the Czech beer brewers have long been revered around the globe as the finest brewers. These same ideals are why a group of Wilber citizens came together to form Wilber Czech Brewing Company.

Starting in 2015, the group looked to the past to move forward into the future. Now, The Wilber Czech Brewery Company is preparing to launch a new brewery in Wilber, the Czech Capital of the United States. The Wilber Czech Brewery Company plans to tap the first kegs in August 2025.
